- matcha(green tea powder) / 4g
- hot water(175°F / 80℃) / 30ml
- milk / 240ml
- syrup / 30g
- ice cubes / 5-6pcs

※sugar to water sugar 35g + water 60ml
※if you use matcha with sugar pls ajust the sugar to your preference
How to Make Iced Matcha Latte
<Syrup>
1. In a small saucepan, combine 35g sugar and 60 ml water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and let the sugar dissolve completely, about 3 minutes.
2. Let it cool completely and transfer to an airtight jar (or glass and cover with plastic). Simple syrup will last up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
< Ice Green Tea Latte>
1. Add 4g matcha in a small bowl. Optionally You can sift matcha to remove any lumps. Then add 30g of hot water (175ºF/80ºC). Whisk briskly until there is no lump (important to avoid lumps in the latte).
2. You can use a small flat whisk or chasen, the bamboo whisk used for the Japanese tea ceremony.
3. If you add sweetener, you can add 1-2 Tbsp of simple syrup now or later. Mix well to combine.
6. Pour the milk into the glass while saving the foam with a big spoon.Scoop the 1 foam and place it on top of the drink.

To maintain the quality of Japanese Matcha and Green tea, it must be stored where it cannot come into contact with moisture or sunlight, heat or aromas, and should be used quickly after opening(2-3weeks).
When storing, place in a non-tranparent sealed container and store in a cool, dark location. When storing in the refrigerator, make sure it does not come into contact with the aromas of other foods.
