Are your matcha products made in Japan?
Yes.
Our matcha is made in Japan using Japanese tea leaves. We offer different grades for traditional tea preparation, matcha lattes, and commercial applications. Is Organic JAS certification recognized internationally?
Organic JAS is Japan’s official organic certification system.
The recognition and use of organic certification claims depend on the destination country, product, and required export documentation. Please contact us to confirm the documentation and labeling requirements for your market.
Is all your matcha stone-ground?
No. Our lineup includes both stone-milled and machine-milled grades. The milling method varies by grade. Please contact us if you need this information for a specific product.
What is the shelf life of your matcha?
Our matcha generally has a shelf life of 18 months from the manufacturing date. The remaining shelf life varies by product and production lot. Please contact us if you have a specific shelf-life requirement.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
In-stock products are generally dispatched within 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order products, customized packaging, and bulk orders may require additional lead time. We will confirm the estimated dispatch schedule before the order is confirmed.
Is international shipping included in the product price?
No. International shipping is quoted separately based on the destination, order quantity, and shipping method. We will confirm the total amount before payment.
Do you provide matcha samples?
Yes. We offer paid samples so businesses can evaluate our matcha grades before placing a wholesale order. Sample prices and shipping costs depend on the selected grades, quantities, destination, and shipping method. Please contact us for a quote.
