Brewing Guide

• Tea: 2–3 g (about 1 tsp)

• Water: 200 ml at 80–85 °C (176–185 °F)

• Time: 60–90 seconds

• Re-steep 1–2 times; use slightly cooler water to preserve citrus aroma.
