商品価格以外に必要な費用 / Additional Fees
輸出書類、検査、特別なラベル対応など、ご注文内容に応じた費用が発生する場合があります。当社が請求する費用は、事前にお知らせします。輸入関税、現地税、通関費用など、仕向国で発生する費用は、別途合意がない限り購入者の負担となります。
Additional fees may apply for export documentation, inspections, special labeling, or other services required for an order. Any fees charged by KyotoKismets will be disclosed in advance. Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance charges imposed in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
商品配達期間 / Dispatch Schedule
在庫商品は、入金確認後、通常2週間以内に日本から出荷します。受注生産品、カスタムラベル対応商品、大口注文は、商品や注文内容に応じて出荷予定をご案内します。
In-stock items are generally dispatched from Japan within two weeks after payment confirmation. For made-to-order products, custom labeling, and large-volume orders, the estimated dispatch schedule will be provided according to the products and order details.
決済方法とタイミング / Payment Methods and Timing
銀行振込、オンライン決済、その他当社が指定する決済方法をご利用いただけます。特別な合意がない限り、入金確認後にご注文が確定します。
Payment can be made by bank transfer, online payment, or other methods specified by KyotoKismets. Unless otherwise agreed, an order is confirmed after payment has been received.
返品・交換 / Returns and Exchanges
食品という商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。商品に不備、破損、誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
返金 / Refunds
当社が内容を確認し、当社の責任による不備、破損、誤配送と認められた場合、交換または返金にて対応します。
After reviewing the issue, if the defect, damage, or incorrect delivery is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
返品送料 / Return Shipping Costs
当社の責任による返品・交換の場合、返送にかかる送料は当社が負担します。
If a return or exchange is required due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
