ただし、海外配送の場合、輸入関税・税金・通関手数料等が発生する場合があり、これらはお客様のご負担となります。

商品配達期間 / Delivery Period
在庫商品は、入金確認後、通常2週間以内に日本から出荷いたします。
受注生産品、ラベル対応商品、大口注文の場合は、別途ご案内いたします。
For in-stock items, we usually ship from Japan within two weeks after payment confirmation.
For made-to-order products, labeling services, or large-volume orders, the delivery schedule will be provided separately.
決済方法とタイミング / Payment Methods and Timing
銀行振込、オンライン決済、その他当社が指定する決済方法をご利用いただけます。
ご注文は、当社が入金を確認した時点で確定します。
Payment can be made by bank transfer, online payment, or other payment methods specified by our company.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
返品期間 / Return Period
食品という商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
返金ポリシー / Refund Policy
商品に重大な不備、破損、誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
当社確認後、交換または返金にて対応いたします。
If the product has a serious defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
After confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
