配送ポリシー / Shipping Policy

1. 配送先 / Shipping Destinations
KyotoKismetsは、輸入規制および各国の要件を確認したうえで、対応可能な国・地域へ商品を発送します。
KyotoKismets ships to selected countries and regions, subject to applicable import regulations and destination requirements.

2. 配送方法 / Shipping Methods
配送先、荷物のサイズ、注文内容に応じて、DHL、日本郵便、その他適切な配送業者を手配します。
We arrange shipments through DHL, Japan Post, or other suitable carriers, depending on the destination, shipment size, and order requirements.

3. 配送料 / Shipping Fees
配送料は商品代金に含まれません。配送先、注文内容、配送方法に応じて算出し、お支払い前にお知らせします。
Shipping fees are not included in the product price. They are calculated based on the destination, order details, and shipping method, and will be confirmed before payment.

4. 注文処理と出荷予定 / Order Processing and Dispatch Schedule
在庫商品は、入金確認後、通常1〜2週間以内に出荷します。受注生産品、カスタムパッケージ、大口注文は追加の準備期間が必要となる場合があります。出荷予定はご注文確定前にご案内します。
In-stock products are generally dispatched within 1–2 weeks after payment confirmation. Made-to-order products, customized packaging, and large-volume orders may require additional preparation time. The estimated dispatch schedule will be provided before the order is confirmed.

5. 輸出書類および検査 / Export Documentation and Inspections
仕向国によっては、輸出書類、検査、その他の手続きが必要となる場合があります。追加費用や所要日数が発生する場合は、事前にお知らせします。
Some destinations may require export documentation, inspections, or other procedures. Any additional fees or processing time will be confirmed in advance.

6. 関税・輸入税 / Customs Duties and Import Taxes
輸入関税、現地税、通関費用は、別途合意がない限り購入者の負担となります。仕向国で必要となる輸入条件および表示要件は、輸入者が確認するものとします。
Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Importers are responsible for confirming the applicable import and labeling requirements in their destination country.

7. 配送状況と追跡 / Delivery and Tracking
追跡情報を利用できる場合は、出荷後にお知らせします。配送日数は目安であり、通関、配送業者の運行、現地規制その他当社の管理外の事情により遅れる場合があります。
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, local regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
