Japanese Green Tea Gently Roasted Until Aromatic (Hojicha).
Amber–chestnut in the cup; low in caffeine, smooth and comforting.

Brewing Guide

  • Tea: 2–3 g (about 1 tsp)

  • Water: 200 ml at 85–95 °C (185–203 °F)

  • Time: 45–60 sec

  • Re-steep 1–2 times to taste.
